Around the Tables: A Taste of Hot Topics in the Intellectual Property, Communications and Technology Section

International Arbitration and Litigation attorney Laura Yvonne Zielinski will participate in a roundtable discussion at the International Bar Association's (IBA) Annual Conference in Miami. During her session, speakers will touch on a variety of topics spanning the intellectual property, communications, media and technology sectors, and Ms. Zielinski will present on space arbitration. She will cover available dispute resolution mechanisms, the advantages of arbitration as a dispute resolution option, arbitration clauses in coordination agreements to ensure the arbitrability of violations and the need for dispute resolution mechanisms for disputes arising from space collisions.
