Roundtable: Trademarks and non-fungible tokens

Intellectual Property attorney Thomas Brooke will present in the first of three virtual roundtables hosted by the Global Intellectual Property Academy, looking at intellectual property (IP) laws and policies associated with non-fungible tokens (NFTs). This panel, consisting of technologists, patent owners and practitioners, academics and industry representatives, will focus on trademarks and NFTs. The panelists will share their knowledge on joint studies that are being conducted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the United States Copyright Office.
