Florida Regulatory Litigation 101

Our Miami office will host an in-depth seminar on Florida regulatory litigation on Thursday, April 13. This event is hosted by the Administrative Law Section of The Florida Bar and the Florida Government Bar Association in collaboration with Miami attorney Johnny ElHachem. Mr. ElHachem has been instrumental in developing this program and serves as the Chair of the South Florida area of the Administrative Law Section of the Florida Bar. This comprehensive course on administrative litigation features presentations by esteemed Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH) Judges, including Chief Judge Brian Newman. Attendees will be provided with essential tools and knowledge required to effectively represent their clients in Florida administrative and government practice. Topics covered will range from the fundamentals of administrative litigation to advanced strategies and best practices in the field.
