CEQA: The Law That Swallowed California

Land use and environmental law attorney Jennifer Hernandez will be leading a discussion on practical strategies for reducing California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) litigation risks for housing and infrastructure projects at an event hosted by the Urban Land Institute's (ULI) Orange County/Inland Empire chapter. Ms. Hernandez will also speak on the political obstacles to enacting reforms that could encourage more timely construction of housing, infrastructure and other projects required to make affordable housing more available to middle-income Californians.
