Discussion: Escazú and the Challenges of Citizen Participation

Energy attorney Milton Montoya will participate in the II Great Forum organized by the Colombian Association of Oil and Gas (ACP). Mr. Montoya will moderate a panel focused on the Regional Agreement on Access to Information, Public Participation and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters in Latin America and the Caribbean, also known as Escazú. During the presentation, Mr. Montoya and the other participants will talk about the challenges of citizen participation in the agreement.
