Tysons M&A Partner David Cole will moderate a panel with top CEOs Shawn Purvis, John Heller, Jane Chappell and Doug Wagoner at the 2023 annual “Leaders of M&A” government contracting event co-hosted by Holland & Knight, Raymond James, Pinnacle Financial Partners and RSM.  The morning event features three panels examining how some of the largest and most active private equity and growth funds acquire and build portfolio companies in the Aerospace and Defense, Intelligence Community and Government Contracting markets and how some of the industry’s top CEOs approach mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to facilitate growth and drive shareholder value.
