2023 SBA Mentor-Protégé Panel and Discussion

The American Bar Association Public Contract Law Section's Small Business & Other Socioeconomic Programs Committee and Subcontracting, Teaming & Strategic Alliances Committee are hosting a joint meeting on updates to the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) Mentor Protégé Program (MPP). Our SBA panelists will provide a quick background on the MPP, successes and lessons learned for the program, how the program has evolved, and best practices for lawyers at law firms or in-house lawyers helping contractors submit applications and comply with requirements, or for government lawyers understanding how to open up opportunities to MPP participants.
