Certificate in Tax Planning

Certificate Director and Tax attorney Gustavo Pardo will participate in the Certificate in Tax Planning in Colombia along with Tax attorneys Rafael Lafont, Juan Carlos Valencia and Juan Camilo Riveira. Mr. Pardo will speak in the first session of the certificate course about the principles and classic cases that arise in the sector. Mr. Valencia and Mr. Lafont will be part of the ninth session, focusing on the practical aspects of business reorganizations and indirect disposals. Mr. Riveira will discuss the general anti-abuse clause in the country during the 15th session.
