Governance to Minimize Fiduciary Liabilities of PTCs and Their Directors

Private Wealth Services attorney Aaron Flinn will participate in the 2024 Family Office Exchange (FOX) Private Trust Company (PTC) Workshop. This workshop will bring together industry leaders and PTC executives to share their experience and insight about the PTC's special role in the family enterprise. Mr. Flinn's presentation will provide a brief overview of the fiduciary duties of a PTC, as well as those of individual directors. He will also examine how good governance policies and procedures can minimize both of these areas of fiduciary liability.
