Open Finance: A Compliance Perspective

Financial Services attorney Juan Felipe Fontecha will participate in the 24th Panamerican Conference on AML/CFT Risks, hosted by Asobancaria. Mr. Fontecha will speak on a panel exploring the implementation of the open finance system in Colombia, in particular the legal and compliance risks for controlled and non-controlled entities. The presentation will also address regulatory trends in open finance, as well as share success stories from around the world.
