Corporate Counsel University, Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Greater Philadelphia
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19102
Litigation attorney Paul Bond and data privacy attorney Kristen Ricci will share best practices for deploying website technologies at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Greater Philadelphia's Corporate Counsel University. The day-long program geared toward lawyers new to in-house practice will feature presentations on areas most affecting in-house counsel today, including employment law trends, restrictive covenant law developments and human resource (HR) investigations. Mr. Bond and Ms. Ricci will wrap up the event with their presentation reviewing class action lawsuits targeting emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots and AI-enabled interactive voice response (IVR) systems. They will equip attendees with defense-oriented guidance for companies using AI tools, such as advice on design choices and consent mechanisms, that can help prevent claims and align with compliance requirements. The goal of the session is to aid organizations in responsible innovation that mitigates risk exposure amid an evolving litigation landscape.
