Workshop: Scope and Implementation of Law 2573 of 2026

Attorneys Camilo Gantiva Hidalgo, Danilo Romero, Camila López and Camila Vivas will participate in a virtual panel organized by Colombia Fintech on the implementation of Law 2573 of 2026, analyzing the main changes introduced by the new regulation and comparing them with the previous regime. During the session, they will explain the practical implications for business and financial entities, especially in relation to the procedures applicable upon receipt of complaints and other key aspects of regulatory compliance.
