The Human Memory and How to Address it in Arbitration
International Arbitration attorney Adolfo Jiménez moderated a conversation for the Miami International Arbitration Society (MIAS) with José Astigarraga, Co-Chair of the ICC Task Force. They discussed a recent report issued by the ICC detailing its worldwide task force focused on the effect of human memory on witness evidence.
