Dealing with Condominium Construction Loan Defaults

The excess capacity of expensive units has resulted to the softening of the condominium market. Lenders need to be aware of certain issues unique to condo financing. Although the softening of the real estate market always presents issues for lenders, this does not stop the lender from proceeding with completing the project.
