'Chevalier' and the Pa. Supreme Court’s Rejection of the Fluctuating Workweek

Labor and Employment Attorneys Tina Tellado, Deisy Castro and Dana Feinstein wrote an article for The Legal Intelligence on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court rejecting the use of the fluctuating workweek method (FWW method) of overtime compensation under the Pennsylvania law. Ms. Tellado, Ms. Castro and Ms. Feinstein explain that until further regulations are made, Pennsylvania employers should review and, if necessary, revise their pay practices for their nonexempt workforce.
