Asuntos Legales published an article by Partner Danilo Romero Raad in which he explains the issuance by the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) of two resolutions relevant for companies. The first resolution establishes the amounts that must be taken into account for the control of business integrations, and the second, the modification of tariffs for 2020.
