Private Equity Funds Can Benefit From CARES Act Tax Relief

Partners Sean Tevel, Gregory Bauer and Alan Schwartz wrote an article for Law360 discussing tax provisions in the CARES Act that can provide relief for private equity funds and their portfolio companies.
