New Guidelines to Investigate Workplace Harassment

Labor, Employment and Benefits attorney Jimena Nieto published an article in Asuntos Legales addressing the new guidelines established by the Colombian Ministry of Labor to investigate workplace harassment in the country. The ministry issued a memorandum with the criteria for prevention and attention of cases of violence and harassment at work.
