Ministry of Economy Announces IMMEX Companies Suspended for Failing to File the 2025 Report
Mexico's Ministry of Economy, through the Trade Facilitation and Foreign Trade Administration, on June 30, 2026, published a notice in the Official Gazette of the Federation. The document lists 441 holders, along with their corresponding authorization numbers, under the Manufacturing, Maquiladora and Export Services Industry Program (IMMEX Program). These companies were suspended for failing to submit the Annual Foreign Trade Operations Report (RAOCE) for fiscal year 2025.
The companies listed in the notice will have until the last business day of August 2026 to file the RAOCE, indicating the total amount of sales and exports corresponding to fiscal year 2025.
The suspension of IMMEX programs will be lifted within two business days following the date on which the companies submit the 2025 RAOCE.
Companies with suspended IMMEX programs that fail to submit the 2025 RAOCE by no later than the last business day of August 2026 will have their program permanently canceled as of September 1, 2026.
