Colombian Association of Petroleum Studies Advances in Mexico's Energy Sector

The Colombian Association of Petroleum and Holland & Knight are working together to research the advances Mexico has made in the energy sector.
Attorney Carlos Ochoa said, "We've seen the whole panorama of reform in Mexico — legal plans and the terms in which stakeholders can participate. And contracts for exploration and production were explained."
He added, "Reform in Mexico is not competition for Colombia because this a process that is just beginning."
