The GDPR Deadline is Coming, Get That Cyber Insurance Policy Ready

Partner Thomas Bentz shares his thoughts on how crucial it is to get the right cyber liability insurance policy and to ensure that it complies with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.
“My conclusion is at this point that a $1 million policy is simply not enough. If you have a significant data breach, you’re going to blow through the million dollars before you ever get to the liability,” said Mr. Bentz.
