The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce Did Not Register the Brand Consento 500WG

Agrinet SAS requested the registration of the brand Concrete 500 WG, based on the similarity in the brand names Consento and Concreto. This claim was denied. Trademark Attorney Danilo Romero was consulted in this case. Mr. Romero questioned Superindustry's choice to take into account previous marks and not the fact that the name Concreto is generic.
