Partner Meital Stavinsky spoke with the auditor in chief of People & Computers known as Peli the Tiger on the firm’s Israel Practice, her involvement with helping women work with argo-tech companies and the concept of lobbying by coalitions.
The article highlights how companies that have a common interest and the same regulatory barriers will come together for a joint purpose to raise awareness on the matter. Ms. Stavinsky states, “Coalitions are an efficient and effective way to promote common issues and bring about change that a single company cannot necessarily advance, or that requires a lot of resources - while in this way the costs are shared among all members of the coalition."
Ms. Stavinsky concluded the article by saying, “It is very important to promote cooperation between Israel and the United States in various industries, to help Israeli companies and start-ups understand the regulatory framework in the United States, and to find financing sources and strategic partners suitable for expanding their activities in Israel.”
