"No Room for Mistakes": Tips for Israeli Companies Who Want to Come to the U.S.

Co-Chair of the firm's Israel Practice Meital Stavinsky sat down with Ma'ariv Business & Technology section to talk about the importance of Israeli tech companies being well prepared prior to launching their efforts to expand in the U.S. market.

"We recommend Israeli companies to arrive in the U.S. market with a well-tested and proven technological solution or product and prior to launching operations, have a demonstration project along with a leading U.S. academic partner and/or other leading strategic partner that can validate the product in the U.S," said Ms. Stavinsky. "Understanding the U.S. regulatory framework both on a federal level and state level and their effect on the company's product are critical and should be explored in advance." 

Ms. Stavinsky also discussed her dedication to supporting women in the agriculture, food and technology industries, as well as doing "Hasbara," advocating for Israel through raising the profile of technological solutions that both save lives and provide for a better quality of life for communities across the globe.
