Head of the firm's Global Technology Transactions Practice Glynna Christian spoke with The American Lawyer about joining Holland & Knight in Chicago and the future of her practice. The article highlights growth opportunities for technology-driven transactions as more and more businesses adapt to and embrace technology to increase efficiency and profitability. 

”One of the things the pandemic has made really clear is every industry needs to be rethinking their business model based on technology and data,” Ms. Christian said. "Given that so much of the business valuation anymore is based so much on technology and data, we really need all lawyers teaming and working more closely together from the beginning of those transactions. That’s a trend that will continue and certainly something I think is exciting about Holland & Knight,” she continued. “We think of ourselves as business lawyers, and bringing all of our relevant knowledge to bear for the client."
