Employers Will Be Impacted for Reducing Working Hours in the Country

Tax Partner Eugenio Grageda was mentioned in an article published by Reforma about the tax burden that will be caused by the new reform that suggests a reduction in the working hours of employees in Mexico. Mr. Grageda said this reform will have a fiscal impact for employers.
"In order to maintain equal production levels, companies are surely going to have to hire more staff, and the existence of more staff is going to imply a higher payroll tax payment, Income Tax withholding," he said.
