Attorneys Ask to Take Care of the Right to Health in the Reform That Is Discussed in Congress

Public law attorney Daniela Arbeláez was cited in a Semana magazine article as part of its special edition "Attorney Rankings: What Are the Challenges That the Legal Sector Faces?" The article describes health reform in Colombia, which implies a radical change in how the system has functioned for 30 years, as well as the different roles of institutions in the sector like Health Promotional Companies (EPS). Ms. Arbeláez commented that the changes have implications for various areas: administrative, logistics, operations, financial and regulatory.
