Portafolio

Corporate attorney Daniela Arbeláez was interviewed by Portafolio about the reform to Colombia's health system. "Whatever recomposition or redistribution that was made should, in addition to following previously established regulations, be suject to rules of budget and public spending, as well as the respective fiscal rules," she said.
