Data Strategy, Security & Privacy attorney Mark Francis was featured in the annual OneTrust Trending Toward Trust predictions report, “Trending Toward Trust in 2024: Measurement, Management, and Maturity.” The report includes insights from several industry professionals in the data privacy and securities sector, focusing primarily on what trends are expected to continue and develop in the industry in 2024. 

“Data systems and privacy laws are both getting more complex, and that should be recognized and accounted for,” Mr. Francis commented, stating that “There seems to be a big disconnect between the simplistic perception of technology in privacy laws relative to the complex and highly-integrated software platforms, service providers and eco-systems operating across global networks.”
