Lawyers Discuss the Rise in Insolvencies and an Increasingly Challenging Legal Landscape

Business attorney Daniel Fajardo was mentioned in an article posted by Revista Dinero about the rise in insolvency filings in Colombia. The article noted that between 2024 and year-to-date 2025, 2,596 proceedings have been filed, driven by factors including economic uncertainty, higher interest rates, rising operating costs and tax pressures. Mr. Fajardo commented that in addition to increasing costs, revenue concentration among a few clients is straining cash flow, while regulatory uncertainty remains a key trigger for company reorganizations or liquidations.
