Real Estate Attorney Douglas Praw Joins Holland & Knight in Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES (January 21, 2015) – Holland & Knight today announced that real estate attorney Douglas Praw has joined the firm as a partner in the Los Angeles office. Mr. Praw has extensive experience in a wide range of real estate and public finance matters. He comes to Holland & Knight from Goodwin Procter.

Mr. Praw has a diverse real estate practice, which includes development, leasing, acquisitions, joint venture and financing transactions. He provides counsel to the spectrum of real estate investors, from developers, owners and borrowers to underwriters, municipalities, special districts and other governmental agencies.
