Holland & Knight Represents Information Management Technology in Sale to Mission Essential

TYSONS, Va. (August 4, 2016) – Holland & Knight advised Information Management Technology, LLC (IMT) on the sale of the company to Mission Essential. Terms of the deal, which was announced today, were not disclosed.

IMT is a rapidly growing system integrator and software engineering firm, specializing in supporting systems that push time-critical intelligence to warfighters. Mission Essential is a leading provider of interpretation and translation services to the Defense Department, as well as a leading provider of analytic and operational intelligence services and solutions to the intelligence community. They are headquartered in Fairfax and Herndon, Va., respectively.

The Holland & Knight team advising IMT was led by Adam August, a partner in the firm’s Northern Virginia office. Other members of the team included Associates Lauren Benny and Andrew Erickson.
