Holland & Knight Represents Invincible Boat Company in Sale to EagleTree Capital

MIAMI (July 15, 2019)– Holland & Knight advised Invincible Boat Company, a premium high-performance saltwater fishing boat brand, and its founding shareholder, on the sale of a majority stake in the company to EagleTree Partners IV, a private equity fund affiliated with EagleTree Capital. The deal was announced on July 15.

Headquartered in Opa Locka, Florida, Invincible manufactures and sells high-performance semi-custom saltwater fishing boats. Invincible was founded in 2006 by entrepreneur and competitive fisherman Alex Lipworth.

Holland & Knight Partners Danielle Price and Jose Casal led the firm's representation of Invincible and Mr. Lipworth. They were assisted by Partners Bill Sherman and Elena Otero, Senior Counsel Christine Gay, and Associates Kristina Rochester and Chris Marotta.
