Holland & Knight Represents Boyne Capital on Sale of AmeriBest Home Care

MIAMI (October 3, 2019) – Holland & Knight represented Boyne Capital, a Miami-based private equity firm, in the sale of its portfolio company AmeriBest Home Care to TEAM Services Group, a portfolio company of Alpine Investors. The deal closed on September 20.

AmeriBest, a Philadelphia-based home care business, is a top-five provider of home and community-based services for clients participating in the Medicaid and government-sponsored health plans in Pennsylvania
