Holland & Knight Assists Centuari in Acquisition of Two Technology Companies

TYSONS, VA (December 12, 2019) – Holland & Knight advised Centauri, LLC, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, in the acquisition of technology companies The Design Knowledge Company and PreTalen, Ltd. The deals were announced on December 11.

Centauri is a high-end engineering, intelligence, cybersecurity and advanced technology solutions company headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia, with offices nationwide. Arlington Capital is a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm that focuses on middle market investment opportunities in growth industries, including government services and technology, aerospace/defense, healthcare and business services and software.

The acquisitions more than double the number of Centauri employees in Dayton, Ohio, where both of the acquired companies are located, to over 300, establishing a major position in the technology- focused market.
