Holland & Knight Advises Bluestone Investment Partners on Investment in Continental Mapping Consultants

Tysons, Va. (March 11, 2020) – Holland & Knight represented Bluestone Investment Partners, LLC, a McLean, Virginia-based private equity firm, on its investment in Continental Mapping Consultants, LLC. The deal was announced on March 10.

Based in Wisconsin, Continental Mapping is a rapidly growing geospatial data analytics and mapping solutions provider to the U.S. Department of Defense, intelligence, federal and state government agencies, and commercial customers. The company has provided products and solutions involving over 180 countries and on all seven continents.

Bluestone is a private equity firm investing exclusively in lower middle-market companies primarily in the defense and government services arena.

Partner Adam August represented Bluestone in the deal. He was assisted by Associates Simone Summers and Ariel Stevenson.
