Holland & Knight Advises DMI in Acquisition of Devgurus

TYSONS, Va. (September 8, 2020) – Holland & Knight advised Digital Management, LLC (DMI), a leading digital transformation company, in the acquisition of Devgurus, a cloud-native headless commerce solutions provider with offices in Argentina and Spain. The deal was announced on September 2.

DMI is headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, and has numerous offices throughout the world. DMI brings expertise in mobility device management, AI and analytics, IoT and digital commerce to clients, including enterprise commercial customers, federal agencies, and state and local governments.

Devgurus is a leading commercetools services provider, helping retailers and manufacturers realize brand value by creating sophisticated shopping experiences across new channels including apps, video and social media.
