Holland & Knight Represents Client Solution Architects on Acquisition of Capstone Corp. and Venture Capital Investment

TYSONS, Va. (July 2, 2021) – Holland & Knight represented Client Solution Architects (CSA), a consulting firm focused on digital transformation efforts at the U.S. Department of Defense, on its acquisition of Capstone Corp. The deal was announced on July 1.

Based in Mechanicsburg, Pa., CSA works with government agencies on developing and implementing roadmaps for technology transformation and other elements of their digital strategies. The combination with Capstone will create robust enterprise IT and mission-centric portfolios in areas like IT modernization, DevOps, cybersecurity, data management, automation and process improvement.

In connection with CSA's acquisition of Capstone, Holland & Knight also advised CSA on an investment deal with venture capital firm Blue Delta Capital Partners, and helped the company secure a senior debt loan from Atlantic Union Bank.
