Holland & Knight Advises on Sale of iCare Health Solutions to VSP Vision Care
MIAMI (November 5, 2021) – Holland & Knight advised Pine Tree Equity Partners as the majority owner and seller of portfolio company iCare Health Solutions to VSP Vision Care. The deal between the eye care service providers was announced on November 3.
As the largest integrated ocular care provider in Florida, iCare Health Solutions serves nearly 3 million members through a robust network of optometrists and ophthalmologists.
Headquartered in California, VSP Vision Care is the only national not-for-profit vision benefits company. It provides affordable access to eye care and eyewear for more than 80 million members through a network of more than 39,000 doctors.
Pine Tree Equity Partners, based in Miami, Fla., is a private equity firm focused on the investment in and expansion of small capitalization companies in partnership with management.
