Holland & Knight Advises Stax in Strategic Investment Deal with Blue Point Capital Partners

BOSTON (November 22, 2021) – Holland & Knight advised Stax Inc., a fast-growing global consulting firm, as the recipient of a platform investment from Blue Point Capital Partners. The investment, which was announced on November 16, will fuel the company's growth in key areas.

Stax's focus on offerings, innovation and talent has created a core client base of private equity firms and the management teams of their portfolio companies, including the largest and most successful large-cap and mid-market private equity firms in the world. The firm currently has 200+ employees and offices in Boston, Chicago, New York and Colombo, Sri Lanka.
