Holland & Knight Advises Iron Vine Security on Acquisition by ASGN Incorporated

TYSONS, VA (October 6, 2022) — Holland & Knight advised leading cybersecurity company Iron Vine Security on its acquisition by ASGN Incorporated (NYSE: ASGN), a leading provider of IT services and solutions, including technology and creative digital marketing, across the commercial and government sectors. The deal was announced on October 3.

Headquartered in Washington, D.C., Iron Vine delivers cybersecurity and zero trust solutions, including cybersecurity program development, security engineering, security operations center (SOC) management, securities controls testing, cloud infrastructure security and digital forensics. The company protects the critical IT assets of federal clients, including the National Institutes of Health, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Census Bureau, Millennium Challenge Corporation, U.S. Department of Education and U.S. Department of State, among others.

Iron Vine’s team of more than 230 professionals will become part of ECS Federal, LLC, ASGN’s Federal Government Segment, expanding the company's position as a leader in cybersecurity and zero trust solutions.
