Holland & Knight Advises InnovaSystems International, LLC on Acquisition by Cydecor, Inc.

TYSONS, VA (December 13, 2022) – Holland & Knight represented InnovaSystems International, LLC, a leading information technology firm supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), in its acquisition by Cydecor. The deal was announced on Dec. 7, 2022.

Based in San Diego, California, InnovaSystems International is a leading provider of information technology and software solutions to the DOD and federal, state and local government agencies. Its practice areas include agile and iterative development, data management, business intelligence, system architecture and mobile development.

Primarily supporting the special operations community, Cydecor, Inc. is a veteran-owned business based in Crystal City, Virginia, with additional offices in Indiana, North Carolina, Florida and Washington, D.C. Cydecor provides consulting, software, systems and support services for industry leaders across strategic markets.
