Holland & Knight Represents DLH in Acquisition of GRSi

TYSONS, VA (December 14, 2022) – Holland & Knight represented DLH Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: DLHC), a leading provider of research and development, digital transformation solutions, systems engineering and integration to federal agencies, in the acquisition of Grove Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRSi).

The deal was announced on Dec. 8.

Based in Atlanta, DLH's leading experts in public health, performance evaluation and health operations solve the complex problems faced by both civilian and military customers. With over 2,500 employees, DLH provides services through digital transformation, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, cloud-based applications, telehealth systems and more.

GRSi, headquartered in Bethesda, Md., provides IT infrastructure modernization and architecture design, technology assessment and insertion, software engineering and multi-tier IT Service Management.
