Holland & Knight Represents Intensity Infrastructure Partners in Equity Commitment From EIV Capital

HOUSTON (February 1, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised energy infrastructure company Intensity Infrastructure Partners, LLC on an equity commitment by EIV Capital and Intensity's management. The transaction was announced on Jan. 30, 2023.

The investment allows Intensity to acquire, construct, own and operate midstream assets in the United States.

Intensity, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is a full-service midstream company providing a suite of customized midstream service solutions. The executive team has experience covering management, commercial, operations, engineering, marketing, construction and origination for a broad range of midstream activities, primarily in the Permian Basin, the Bakken shale, the Powder River Basin and various Mid-Continent Plays.

EIV Capital is a Houston-based private equity firm specializing in providing growth equity to the North American energy industry.
