Holland & Knight Advises T2S Solutions in Sale to Madison Dearborn Partners

TYSONS, Va. (November 30, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised T2S Solutions, a leading provider of research and development (R&D), prototyping, engineering, integration and technology products, in its sale to Madison Dearborn Partners, a leading private equity investment firm. The transaction was announced on November 29.

Headquartered in Belcamp, Maryland, T2S Solutions is a provider of products and solutions across a range of priority mission areas including, space, assured positioning, and navigation and timing.

Chicago-based Madison Dearborn Partners invests across targeted industries, including technology and government solutions.
