Holland & Knight Continues Growth of Real Estate Practice with Addition of Gerami Granello in Houston

HOUSTON (February 26, 2024) – Holland & Knight has bolstered its nationally recognized Real Estate Practice with the addition of Gerami Granello in Houston. He was previously a partner with Mayer Brown, where he helped lead the firm's asset management and leasing group.

For more than 20 years, Mr. Granello has provided asset management and leasing representation to institutional real estate funds and advisers in connection with the ownership, operation and management of their office, retail and industrial real estate portfolios across the nation and in Latin America, including extensive representation in connection with build-to-suit office projects for leading technology companies, build-to-suit industrial distribution and fulfillment centers for leading e-commerce companies, and rooftop solar leasing and development. He also represents leading banks, financial services companies and energy companies in connection with the negotiation of their headquarter office leases and management of their real estate portfolios. In addition, he represents developers, funds and advisers in connection with the purchase, sale and financing of all categories of real estate.
