Ms. Hesse advises physicians, clinicians and healthcare investors in the formation and expansion of management companies across specialties, with particular experience focusing on dental practices, women's health, fertility centers, reproductive health, menopause and dermatology. She has experience representing fertility providers in transactional and complex regulatory and investigation matters, and advises on the unique structural and regulatory issues for investors in the dental space.

"Julia is considered a leading national authority on the regulation of dentists and dental services organizations, which, combined with her experience working with private equity firms and portfolio companies, makes her an excellent addition to our firm," said Jeffrey Mittleman, co-leader of Holland & Knight's Healthcare Regulatory & Enforcement Practice. "Her experience with dental practices and fertility centers not only adds to our group's depth across the firm in these areas but will also provide a different focus to our robust Boston healthcare practice, and we look forward to growing our experience in those areas."

Ms. Hesse has long been recognized as one of the nation's leading healthcare lawyers by Chambers USA and The Best Lawyers in America.

"I am excited to be a part of Holland & Knight's vibrant healthcare practice," Ms. Hesse said.
