Healthcare Regulatory & Enforcement Partner Julia Hesse Joins Holland & Knight in Boston
BOSTON (May 1, 2024) – Holland & Knight has bolstered its Healthcare Regulatory & Enforcement Practice with the addition of Julia Hesse as a partner in Boston. Ms. Hesse was previously a partner with Choate, Hall & Stewart, where she served as co-chair of its healthcare group.
Ms. Hesse advises physicians, clinicians and healthcare investors in the formation and expansion of management companies across specialties, with particular experience focusing on dental practices, women's health, fertility centers, reproductive health, menopause and dermatology. She has experience representing fertility providers in transactional and complex regulatory and investigation matters, and advises on the unique structural and regulatory issues for investors in the dental space.

Ms. Hesse received a J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, a Masters in Bioethics (MBE) from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. degree from Williams College.
