Holland & Knight Serves as Regulatory Counsel to Frontdoor in $585 Million Acquisition

NEW YORK (December 20, 2024) – Holland & Knight acted as insurance regulatory counsel to Frontdoor Inc. (NASDAQ: FTDR) in its acquisition of 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10 HBW) in an all-cash transaction valued at $585 million. The transaction closed on December 19, 2024.

Based in Denver, Colorado, 2-10 HBW is a leading provider of new home structural warranty protection plans that provide builders' coverage for structural failures.
