Holland & Knight Advised RCI Colombia on COP$900 Billion Issuance and Placement Program

BOGOTÁ (March 7, 2025) – Holland & Knight advised RCI Colombia S.A. Compañía de Financiamiento (RCI), a leading financing company, in obtaining all regulatory approvals and registrations for its first securities issuance and placement program on the Colombian Stock Exchange (Bolsa de Valores de Colombia) for an amount of up to 900 billion Colombian pesos (approximately US$220 million).

The program, which aims to finance RCI's operations, includes the option to issue green and ordinary bonds in the future. The bonds received an AAA rating from BRC Ratings – S&P Global S.A.

Based in Colombia with its headquarters in Envigado, RCI's main shareholders are BBVA Colombia and French international company RCI Banque S.A., which is owned by Group Renault.
