Holland & Knight Represents TRS Services in Its Sale to Allied Power Group

NEW YORK (August 20, 2026) – Holland & Knight represented TRS Services, a portfolio company of Battle Investment Group, in its sale to Allied Power Group (APG), a leading independent service provider for power generation equipment supporting a broad range of gas and steam turbines and generators. The transaction was announced on August 19.

TRS Services is a Houston, Texas-based provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul services for component parts of industrial gas turbine engines to turbine owner-operators, original equipment manufacturers and independent service providers.

The transaction combines two turbine repair service providers with deep technical expertise and complementary capabilities across component repair solutions for Siemens, Alstom and GE industrial gas turbines. The combination will expand APG's component repair capabilities, particularly within Siemens and Alstom turbines, and add incremental capacity and technical expertise.
